Yes, we should be thankful that we were born in a country like India, and not Afghanistan or Pakistand or the ME. Where every move has to be calculated, and freedom is available only in the head!

Nice write-up. Its true that India is not like Saudi or Sharjah or any other such country. But don’t you think we are also becoming a very intolerant society of late? The attacks on new channel offices, valentine’s day beatings and demonstrations, retrictions on what people should wear and do (Goa Govt). We were so better maybe 10 years back.

in a country like that where moral policing of women is done openly on the roads, this comes as no surprise!
Over throwing the monarchy is the only solution.
