I agree. The film’s biggest asset is it’s sensitivity. Aamir has managed to pull it off with sincere efforts. Though I found it a little extra in the “drama” department, on the whole its worth a watch.

We need more directors like Aamir.

The kid really steas the show. And for once, Aamir doesnt hog every frame he’s in. Though the characters in the movie were quite black and white. While Aamir was totally santh type with care and love for all, and cries at the drop of a hat, everybody else is out to get the kid. I mean everybody else…. I found that too exxgerrated… . all teachers treat him bad, every kid treats him bad…. was a little unreal.

though, the movie was very well made – no dbts abt it though.
