Boobpasha Basu’s Bosoms Not Paid For

Now the thing is every time I hear of Bollywood actresses going under the knife to perk up some or the other physical feature of their already made-up body, I can’t help but think of my favorite gal Rakhi Sawant’s enlightening words “Agar Ms. Universe se Ms. World kar sakti hai toh Rakhi Sawant kyon nahi”. So true isn’t it, not that I have anything against these artificially enhanced beauties, I mean who the heck am I (or anyone else for that matter) to question their decision when it’s – their body, their money and their damn business. But what really ticks me off is their pretence and persistence that they are in fact completely original.

See to me it’s simple, “Bhai, agar karane ki himmat hai toh bolne ki bhi rakho”.

And then we have someone like Bobbie, I mean Bipasha Basu who not only denies her silicone implants but has the audacity to not pay her surgeon who in many ways is responsible for her (now) sexy symbol tag.

As per the report in Mumbai’s Mid-Day newspaper – In 2002, just before the shooting of Bipasha’s semi-porn flick Jism had begun, she visited Dr Ashok Gupta, a reputed cosmetic surgeon in Mumbai. After the job was done, Dr. Gupta’s staff frequently called Bipasha to recover Rs 2.5 lakh for the surgery and hospitalization charges, but the actress simply choose to ignore them. And has been doing so for the past 4 Years.

Six months ago, Dr Gupta made a last ditch attempt and called Bipasha, but she didn’t answer. He then tried calling John, but he too did not respond, says a source, who reveals that Bipasha visited the doctor just before she started shooting for Jism.

The source adds that she registered herself under the alias Susan Noodhah and was accompanied by a female friend. When she came to Dr Gupta for the silicone implants, Bipasha did not have a good figure.

Seriously this is just so opposite to what the Humble Background bragging couple keep going around the town preaching about that in spite of their multiple endorsement deals and big budget films, they can’t pay a small amount of some two lakh.

Oh! Yeah before I end, for those who are interested – “she got her boobies increased by 3 inches (though I get a feeling the actual number is a little more on the higher side).

I’m just wondering if there is a reason that so many women bloggers are discussing a certain part of the anatomy this very minute.

Hi Sakshi,

Interesting to read your comments. The glamour world’s obssession with cosmetic beauties spawns a very dangerous trend – that of a brittle and shallow self-image. Impressionable teenagers go to any length to keep up with this insane beauty competition. Individuals must try and stay well-groomed and well turned-out. However, they should not obssess with weight and looks. In the end it is always worthwhile to remember that beauty is also a function of self-confidence, self-belief and intelligence. And these factors almost always eclipse physical attributes.

I think we need to do some more investigative journalism to get to the bottom of this – i suggest an interview with the lady in question – and of course you need a fotograffer – moi!

I also think she got a job done on her bu.. errr.. posterior. But then, I never noticed her that closely. Kareena kapoor and Priyanka Chopra have the best of them around.

I am also wondering about John’s reaction when the doc must have called him! “Who ? Doctor? Cosmetic Surgeon? What?? Bipasha has got a boob job done by you ?? She told me that they are perfectly natural …. ” :)

yah, I dont think she got them done only because me being a girl, know that the before picture is bra less…and the after picture is clearly a pushup and her cup size looks the same….And besides…its common sense! If she was such a big star why wouldnt she pay off this doctor to shut his mouth from exposing something she obviously doesnt want revealed….IF THAT is the TRUTH….So I highly thing this doctor is only trying to increase his publicity through this hoax!
