The way its US release has been, only AT&T being given the rights, and now the plans of UK release with the sole rights with O2, I am not expecting its India release to be any different, that according to "sources" is almost 10 months in future. The sole rights thing takes everything away from the consumer, and I for one would not want to be in control of a phone company.
