And Juhu Nearly Drowned…Once Again.

While the weather condition did not get as worse as it had back on July 25th 2005, Mumbai city did however come to a stand-still. And just like the last time, Juhu ended up being one of the most affected areas in the city.

Took these snaps early Saturday evening while on my way to the airport in Santacruz to drop off my brother. And believe me, what you see here is the just the tip of the iceberg. Wonder what’s July going to be like!

Dreadful! Pune is equally bad, because two weeks of rains are enough to wash off the roads here. My poor car’s gonna have a bad time in the next few weeks and months…

Gosh!! this is bad… did hear about it from my maasi… but the pic actually drives in the fact harder!! sheesh…. pune is slightly better maybe…. though roads have taken a lot of beating.. and right it’s raining cats and dogs out there!!

Sigh, History repeats itself!
How good it wud have been had our leaders learnt from the last year’s experience!
