Rediff News : Looking For Celebrity Hounds

We the normal junta-bunta are quite aware of how desperate and low the Indian News channels would stoop to, to get their hands on any information regarding any celebrity. And if that celebrity happens to belong from Bollywood, then for them nothing could be merrier.

When it comes to print media, the same crap is followed by the Toilet Times aka. Times of India. Plagiarism, bucket loads of bullshit, paid PR write-ups – basically these guys will sell anything under the sun, all under the disguise of “news”.

But the medium that beats the above two by leaps and bounds, is the virtual land – even more precisely, Rediff News. One really wonders what is going on in the heads of those in-charge when they put up things such as this, to promote themselves.

I mean what are they trying to do – turn regular people into paparazzi??

They are equally pathetic as TOI website. Just sad that people still prefer to read them.

And they have message boards titled like “They should understand each other”. Tell me, how much time do people have on hand not only following every single update but also speculating and giving matrimonial advices?
And news portals are covering it like it’s India’s newest shine. Very soon we’ll have headlines like “Newspaper delivery boy misses Bachchan home for two consecutive days” or “Toilet chokes in Bachchan residence preceding the big wedding” or “Ash buys new shampoo, Abhishek sticks to Camay.”

Arrey bhagwan… these guys have really lost it, haven’t they? You can’t avoid seeing this once you are on Rediff. It’s everywhere. I think I will stop reading this stupid website.
