Trust No Man

Just yesterday my sister-in-law was talking about one of close friend’s 4 year old daughter being subjected to sexual torture by their driver, who had been working with the family for over 11 years.

The family practically went in shock when the little kid complained of pain on her back side and blaming “driver kaka” for it. Needless to say the driver was terminated from his services but shockingly not thrown in the lock-up. Once again a family’s reputation in the eyes of the society came at play here and therefore no FIR or complaint was lodged.

And today morning, I read this in Mumbai Mirror.

A case has been filed against a 23-year-old hawker on Sunday evening for “attempting to rape” a 21-year-old mentally challenged girl.

The incident occurred at Razia Manzil in Kalyan. Residents of the building broke open the door of the house in which Fayyaz Akhtar was “trying to rape” Shabana (name changed to protect identity).

They beat him up mercilessly and then paraded him naked all the way to the police station. The residents then threw Akhtar’s parents out of the building and took possession of their rented flat.

It’s just sickening to read and hear about such ruthless acts taking place in our neighborhoods. I mean what kind of humans are they…or are they even humans in the first place. Quenching their sexual hunger on helpless innocence, wonder what sort of pleasure are they looking for?

I hope such fuckers suffer everyday for the rest of their life.

hmm…this is what is happening among upper class people…affected people maintain a silence and to protect their ‘Status,’ often let go the criminal….. and these culprits take advantage
sexual violence against chldren should be seriously dealt with….

Whilst i whole heartedly agree with the public flogging bit, i disagree with the ‘throwing the parents out of the rented house and taking possession’….thats totally uncalled for.

Parents must be held as accomplices (as the incident happened at home and they must be deemed to be aware of it, unless they can show otherwise) but to throw them out is taking the law in your own hands….that defi not the way to go.

This is a interesting sum-up.I completely agree that such buggers should repent and die under custody! Much afraid of what image “Man” has created in the mind of women.

Very interesting Discussion you have put up here!
