Rakhi Sawant - Bigg Boss ki Rani

Regular readers of this blog surely are well-acquainted with my growing fondness for India’s best-test Item Girl, Ms. Rakhi Sawant. Be it her dance-jathkas, fiery-interviews, canny publicity stunts or the Mika-Kissing episode - I think this woman totally Rocks!! (Yaar! Stop laughing, I really mean it).

Though I am not much of a believer when it comes to Indian Reality Shows but I do still end-up watching Big Brother remake, Bigg Boss on Sony Channel - No guessing here, the only reason for my inclination is Ms. Sawant.

Deepak Tijori replaces Salil Ankola on Bigg Boss

Her inclusion in the show provides nothing but pure entertainment. And other contestants appear to be mere Kachcha Aaloo sorts in her comparison. Through the show we get to see Rakhi Sawant beyond her over-the-top dance routines and her plunging neck-lines; we are being familiarized with the real woman inside Rakhi (yeh meine nahi, uskne khud kaha hai).

So is there any difference between her stage-presence and her reality?

A big ‘Yes’ would be my reply.

Agree even off-stage, the woman is very boisterous and extremely loud in her mannerism but appears to be very well rooted to the ground. Come on, its no hidden fact that Rakhi Sawant is often made butt-off most Bollywood jokes and often ridiculed by the media and many of her co-actors. So her decision to be a part of Bigg Boss could have fired-back with the already-formed public opinion and reticent attitude from fellow house-mates.

But two weeks into the show, the controversial dancing girl has managed to step aside from her screen persona and slowly crawl up to the ‘good-side’ of her competitors.

Just as in her reel life where she isn’t afraid of shedding her clothes, here too she manages to let go of her inner fears and non-glycerin tears. And above all she isn’t afraid of telling the hard-core truth about her life and the industry she feeds off.

Here is a little snippet of her conversation with fellow co-star and Bigg Boss contestant - the reel-n-real life vamp, Kashmira Shah.

Rakhi’s opinion on herself

“Mein ek characterless aurat hoon”

Rakhi’s thoughts on Marriage

“Mujhe dar hai ke mein buddhi hoo jaoongi aur mujhse kaun shaadi karega”

Rakhi on her mother

“Meri maa meri shaadi nahi karma chahati hai. Shaddi ke offers aa rahe hai par woh unhe bhaga deti hai.”

“Woh kahate hai ki mere marne ke baad hi toh shaddi karna. Par tab muj buddhi se kaun shaddi karega”.

Rakhi’s reaction on hearing about Kashmira’s crush on Govinda’s nephew-actor Krishna.

“Wow! Bada handsome ladka hai”.

Giving a flying fuck to what other’s think about this woman, I feel that she should in all probability be the winner of Bigg Boss. She deserves brownie points for her openness (attitude wise), frank opinion and to me she is so much more real than those soapy queens and some San Jose plastic surgeon’s knife-crafted ramp models.

Ab whatever she is doing on Bigg Boss turns out to be a pretense or rigged by the show-producers, then all I will say is that she is definitely one heck of an actress.

On another note, in the two weeks of the reality show - Bobby Darling was first to be thrown out and then this week it was gown-baba Deepak Parashar time to go, now who do you think would be the next one to be kicked out?

.we never liked her much on TV or wherever it was one saw her. And the other just kind of drift out of one’s memory. We aren’t the only ones enjoying the tamashaa apparantly. Here’s what Amit andSakshihave to say.

aware of the camera, this is still, ultimately, real behaviour. It makes for great viewing (every weeknight at 10pm, on Sony), but I can’t help but wonder what it reveals about me that I choose to watch it so religiously. Huh? Update (November 24):Sakshi Juneja explainswhy she watches Bigg Boss and is rooting for Rakhi Sawant.

is done only because of public demand. Surely by now most of you blog-readers must be well-acquainted with the fact that I was intently watching Bigg Boss, the reality show till the time my favorite house-mate was in the house. Yes, I am talking aboutRakhi Sawant- a complete drama queen. Since her eviction, I have not bothered to watch a single episode and tell me frankly, those of you who (still) watch the show - is it really good without the best item girl in the country?

Ms. Bigg Boobs, er sorry, Ms. Rakhi Sawant, the show has turned her into a philanthropist! She has decided to use the money she earned from the said reality programme to donate computers to inmates at the Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.

Rakhi Sawant is the only frank and down to earth person in Bigg Boss. She should win this reality show.

Aryan Vaid should be kicked out from the show. He has no mind of his own. He speaks the same language Anupama speaks. For giving names to eliminate 2 persons from the Bigg Boss show, he will give the same 2 names Anupama wants to eliminate.

the only thing(?) that is worth watching in the show is… sorry could not find any such thing even after i kept patience for two FULL episodes. I do not even pay attention to saas, bahu things. As far as rakhi sawant is concerned, I bet no body would give her a second look even , if(at all) she is wearing full cloths. Bindaas attitude is only status symbol and for show…. we are just targeted coz we love to read and watch celebrities. Honestly, I(may be WE), love tatoos, what this female have and only imagine , them to have at good , covered places.

The most wicked and evil person and the real game player on this show is undoubtedly Ravi Kishen. I hope he is the next to be voted out. The most annoying contestant is Rupali. My favourite is Rakhee Savant.

Whatever happend today clearly shows how immature both Amit and Ravi are. Kash has started the fire that singled out Rakhi for saying the obvious. Ravi is upset because Rakhi told the truth, same truth that Kash had said earlier. Rakhi is the most entertaining person and speaks her mind and I sincerely hope she wins. Ravi will succeed in Politics, and Amit behaves like a child, both should have been out. Not many days left, let’s see what happens. Good luck Raakhi!

i have always loved rakhi!! dont remember from when!! i have seen each and every show, news, buzz, film, gossips, interview etc etc abt her on tv like bigg boss, seedhi baat, janta ki adalat, jeena isi ka naam hai, comedy ka badhshah, bhuddha mar gaya, masti, shootout at lokhandwala, nach baliye, 1000s of rest of the interviews, live dance shows, u name it!! and the way i have observed her i dont think anybody else has done. of course abhisheik, her bf surely knows her best.

i always knew she is a good girl, good girl at heart. good things in her are, she is very bindaas, one of her moto is to forgive and forget, she wants money so that she can live life the way her brothers lived since childhood- for that she has decided to do everything to get a chance in showbiz, only thing she knew was dancing. so exposing, plastic surgery everything was ok for her, but she did not go into wrong route. i mean casting couch. i love her for that. she is a winner!!

she is dumb, silly, talketive, gosh she is so genuine!! its so amazing how could she remain herself where everything in world is trying to change us, trying to teach how we should be, what to say what not to say and all that. i feel she is the only gril in showbiz who is really genuine. there is plastic but only on body. so clear and transparent!!

i like her so much and i feel she is so much like me and so much like us in general. i dont want her to change but yes i too want her to expose less. baaki sab theek hai!!! i love her so much that if i read or hear anything bad abt her, i start crying and feel like killing them. this weird thing happend so may times with me that i have started liking so many people just because they said they love rakhi. earlier i dont used to like them but if they like her i love them too because they love rakhi.!! its really true!! they include kareena, sharukh, vidya balan etc.. the list is long.

and you cant imagine how much i hate kashmira shah and mika. if given a chance i would beat both of them and kill them also. there is so much hatred in my heart for both of them you really canrt imagine!!

bahut kuch keh diya maine! sorry if someone actually read this whole thing!!! i just wanted to say i love rakhi sawant meri jaaaaaan!!
