Ranbaxy Family Dispute – Ghar Ghar Ki Kahani

These days spilling of Joint-Family quarrels, tit-bits, arguments, etc on the neighbor’s house, Local Street, Police station and Television channels isn’t very un-common.

It’s even more common among affluent business families in India or maybe just because they are high-lighted so much by the media that we have come to believe so.

So this time round we have the Ranbaxy family joining in with the Mafatlals, Ambanis and some more reputed business khandans of the Indian Society.

NDTV reports -

Nimmi Parvinder Singh – the mother of Malvinder and Shivinder Singh, the two brothers who run Ranbaxy – has filed a criminal complaint against their uncle Analjit Singh, claiming his men assaulted her when she tried to stop them from entering her house in New Delhi.

The incident occurred as she tried to stop Analjit’s men from constructing a wall between the adjoining houses in which the two families live.

Apparently the Ranbaxy families have been at each other’s throat ever since the founder of Ranbaxy, Bhai Mohan Singh, passed away.

When Analjit Singh was asked to respond towards the allegations thrown at him, has denied all the charges (as if we expected him to accept any of it in the first place) and accused Nimmi’s family of playing cheap tricks. His lawyers are looking into the matter, while he is enjoying his vacation in Italy.

Maybe the whole blame should be thrown on Balaji Tele serials aka. Ms. Ektaa Kapoor and their daily soap shows, which do nothing but promote family disputes and tensions.

This also makes me wonder – is blood really thicker than water or even blood evaporates (like water) with the heat of Money and Power.
