Just a Thought

Since it’s raining like crazy in Mumbai today, I just can’t help but think of a mind-teasing question that one of my friend asked me couple of weeks back. He was asked this very question by his college teacher some years ago.

So today I ask you the very same question….

Why is it that the Rains look soul-pleasing from our college canteen or class, while the same very Rain looks so darn depressing from our house window?

Click below, to know the answer.

Because at college we are with friends enjoying our youth, where as these very Rains at times keep us away from college because of heavy showers and therefore they suck.

Since I live in hostel, I love the rains wherever I am (probably because of your logic). Of course the exception is when I am desperately waiting for my washed clothes to dry :)

Hmm , they seem good from my home too, to me. To pick up my bike and drive to the chai-tapri in the rains is amazing. The only time rain seems depressing when at home is when I have to rush to office.

Sakshi, college khatam hua to kya. You can still enjoy the rains. Of course, the only thing missing would be all the college friends.

Agree that rains are beautiful whereever and whenever but they had own charm during college days. I remember eating Bhel-Puri at Mithibai Canteen with friends….or having potato chips with a hot cup of coffee in my Sydney university cafetaria….ahhh !! Those were clearly the most beautiful times.
