It was a sure triumph of justice with the Mattoo case and a ray of hope for the Jessica Lal case. But it is such a disgrace seeing the ugly turn the case has been forced into by none other than Ram Jethmalani. He calls himself a champion of justice…??? A champion or a trickster? At the fag end of his life and career he has stooped so low where not only he is disgracing the judiciary of the country but staking the character of a deceased. Where the entire nation is aware of the truth, here is this man who is all set to just back nothing but the lies. I witnessed the rendenvouz he had with Karan Thapar on Devil’s Advocate. He was atrociously rude and adamant about his so called ‘justified’ position which was extremely horrifying to listen. After witnessing the interview, I pretty much believe that as responsible citizens of the country, we must take necessary actions to boycott not only the criminal but the criminal’s lawyer as well in the most fiercr way. Jethmalani, does not deserve to stand where he does today. He should be punished for bringing up so much disgrace. Let us spread this message not only for Jessica, who is impatiently awaiting justice but for her ailing father also.Let us set an example for today and forever so that in future, for every person who shall think a hundred times before commiting a crime as well as for every lawyer who shall think several times before backing any criminal.

This what i’ve say to the bastard. can’t believe ppl like him exist. Here i go: Hey, maybe you should’ve stood up for humanity and Jessica Lal to serve Manu Sharma some justice, but your scared ass decided not to. How can you live with yourself? Don’t you have a conscience? In my eyes, you are a back-stabber and do not deserve any success in life. It hurts me to see people like you exist in this world. It’s very shameful. I hope God gives you what you deserve. People like you eventually do face a horrible end.

I find Satish’s arugent appealing – why only focus on Sayan? What about other 50 persons who are hiding behind their mothers’ lap? I thought of a picture (cartoon) where 50 people hiding behind mothers’ lap and name each of them in the picture to display on public places.

Find every person that was present on that day, and put their name for public display. Demand witness from them or face public outcry.

Do SMS and put posters all over the country demanding the end of favoritism to Netas.

Boycott (with non violance) Blue Ice and all other restaurent, and urge everyone to do so. If possible display the name who visit his entertainment and other facilities.

Organize Candle Light Vigil, Delhi Chalo etc.

Apply other creative ideas to get nation wide attention.

This is our land, and we must protect it by sharing responsibility. Unless we all start doing our parts, it will be another mockery. We should not let it slip again.

Our judicial system is a mockery of democracy. Before we claim to be the BIGGEST DEMOCRACY in the world, we should fix our â€œSo Calledâ€ Democracy (rather Demoncracy!). Our PM should have a contingency plan to handle cases like this. Manu Sharmaâ€™s Group of Devil should be killed at once to stop the fission in the society. Letâ€™s promise that WE the YOUTH of INDIA will no longer tolerate this â€œHypocrisyâ€ & the Hypocrites â€¦. We remove them from the society in a similar manner that they have opted for innocent lives.

what the fuck is happening to our administrative & judicial system
i am sure jessica must be looking down from up there and laughing
and probably saying that we guys have still not learnt a lesson
and another one bites the dust.
its been seven long fukin years n the justice is still out of the question
she is dead,her father was the next to go.
are we waiting for her entire family to follow & the youth to jus go back to sleep
although reopening the case rekindles our hopes again……..
lets hope that this time justice delayed since 1999 will not be denied to jessica &her family.

It is shocking that a girl is shot dead in front of fifty ppl and there are only two persons who are being said as witness.I think we should put the person charged into jail first and take care of the rest of the matters then.one cannot imagine the grief of the family of the dead girl jessica.I sypathize with them.

We all do something that this kind of things do not repeat again.I hope that the case does not prolong still long enough that ppl will forget and the culprit being escaped of his heinous crime. they should not be given death sentence bu punished in such a manner that they live and die everyday rather than once.

Hi all, read all the responses and am feeling happy that the youth of India has awakened. We need to stop bastards like this and for that we need to change some laws or else if nothing can be done, i think people should take law into their hands to teach them a lesson, that the govt. is for people and not people for govt. If Sharma is found guilty by the court, then thats good, if not then we, “WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA”, need to do something.
