Don’t just sit there…do something !
Stories such as these make my blood boil.
A 16-year-old striped hyena at the Byculla zoo has been caged at the zoo’s hospital over the past two years, as it has a disability.
Visitors complained that they did not want to see a lame animal, prompting zoo authorities to move the animal out of sight, to the zoo hospital. [Link]
People such as these..are bloody “lame” excuse for man-kind. And as for the zoo authorities, I have no words to express my hatered towards them.
i agree thoroughly. but then most of these humans think the animals are only there for their amusement..hence their attitudes. this sort of anthropocentric attitude is the eternal excuse for nastiness to animals.
