Rape is heineous. It is true that many male chauvinists in legal system are taking a lenient view. Why does not women follow what Guru Govind Singh preached ? They can carry a Kirpan alongwith. That will change the attitudes of these rapists overnight. Prevention is better than cure. What punishment do you recommend for “women who falsely accuse others of raping them ?”
