Humor Truly International !!!
“Humor is invariably translatable. It is all about recognition and surprise, and stand-up comedy is the last bastion of free speech,” .
American comic Dave Fulton told Reuters after mocking fellow Americans as much as the rest of the world in his high-octane gig.
“”We cannot go to war with India — we would have no one to connect us to our bank when we ring. And we can’t go to war against China — where would we get our trainers from?”
It reminds me of the time in Australia, when i went to see the ‘Melbourne International Comedy Festival‘. It is one of my best experiences in the Oz Land. They had really good stand-up comedians along with humourous small skits and plays.
Wish we had something on these lines in India. However i do enjoy the ‘Great Indian Comdey Show’ on Star One, which i think is no less compared with the american show ‘Its a Mad Mad World’.

We all have a right to express our views. In many instances; it will be against ours and in some; with us. To hear them out is 'decency' but to let them get to you is 'weakness'.
